Between the five CV aftermarket experts at our two locations, we have well over 100 years of experience in serving the needs of commercial garages, workshops and owner operators across South & Mid Wales. Mark, Brian, Richard, Jamie, Andrew & Michelle, plus our drivers, all have one important thing in. common, and that's the fact that they want customers to be happy… so we're super friendly.
That mixture of experience with a friendly culture isn't as common as you think. What it means is that our customers actually enjoy dealing with TTB&C. We love what we do which means we're a genuinely good bunch to do business with. We understand that expert advice and access to all the brands and parts you need is important. However, we know that what makes us stand out from our competitors is how you, the customer, are treated … That's why we say that our customers come for the parts and stay for the service.

Owner
The power behind TTB is our owner Mark. He knows that our clients come to TTB for the parts and stay for the service. He understands how far a friendly face, good attitude, and expert service go to keeping everyone happy.

Rich has been in the CV automotive aftermarket business for many years, working alongside Mark. He will be a familiar face to clients who rely on his knowledge and can-do approach to sourcing even the most un-common parts.

Branch Manager
Our branch manager Brian has been with TTB for 10 years having cut his teeth in the trade since 2005. Brian has built the Cross Hands branch on being friendly, approachable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Andrew has been in the CV trade for over 30 years. Initially working in warehousing & logistics for Volvo & Iveco before moving to the CV aftermarket. He's been with TTB for the last 7 years.

Drivers
We have three drivers at the Cross Hands branch covering an area from the west of Pembrokeshire up into Mid Wales. If you need a part call the counter team and one of our delivery team will have the part with you that day or the next.
